House Rules

Had to make a few adjustments, because i couldnt find a rule in the book, but found these suggestions online:

  • for a CR+1 character race to fit in with the party and have equal class lvl, make all 1d20 rolls before lvl 3 a 1d20-1
  • Alchemical Silver weapons are +200 in cost
  • Cold Iron weapons are double cost

  • Salt, garlic, silver and cold iron all have a greater significance in the game then normal, TBD
  • Salt when laid down in a unbroken circle(3ft, every incr more needs another person to help) of a thickness of at least 3 inches will prevent evil aligned supernatural creatures (magical, undead and planar) lower then 3HD (may need tweaking) from entering the circle. This is used to protect a camp at night or a building. if the salt is disturbed the circle breaks.The chance of this happening outside is 37%. This ward consumes 1/3 lb of salt. This warding superstition works like the spell Magic Circle Against Evil
